My baby actually keeps this one in her mouth instead of spitting it out like the others, which is a small miracle at naptime. I like that the shape is sleek enough that it doesn't leave marks on her cheeks. It doubles as something to chew on now that she's teething, so it's earning its keep.
The shape really does help it stay put during naps, which was my main issue with other pacifiers. Only thing is I wish the teether stage came in more colors, but it gets the job done.
